Payment
We are offering E-Transfer, cheque or cash as forms of payment.
When selecting Etransfer as payment, you must click the “E-Transfer” Option when choosing payment when you are registering On-Line. You will be contacted to complete your payment and you will have up to one week from the date of your registration to make the E-Transfer payment.
All information regarding E transfer such as the email address and answer to your secret question will be on your Registration confirmation email receipt. Please read carefully.
Members wanting to pay by cheque or cash must contact the Treasurer, Janice Parmar cvlatreasurer@gmail.com. OTHER FEES AND DEPOSITS - Sibling discount is $25 (Regular price for oldest child, $25 off for each additional child
- Jersey Deposits are $200 per player. Please give a post dated cheque for August 1 to coach/manager of the team before jerseys are given to player.
- N.S.F. cheque handling fee of $50.00
