All practices are at the Cowichan Sportsplex (5847 Chesterfield Ave, Duncan)

U7: Tuesday/Thursday 5-6:15 p.m.

U9: Monday/Wednesday 5-6:15 p.m.

U11: Monday/Wednesday 6:15-7:30 p.m.

U13: Tuesday/Thursday 6:15-7:30 p.m.

U15: Tuesday/Thursday 7:30-9:00 p.m.
